We are in Plymouth on holiday and our car decided to destroy a crank pulley, essentially leaving us stranded and unable to get out and about or drive home. I called around several local garages who were unable to fit us in until one eventually recommended TRM. I called, and although they were also busy, they were super lovely and appreciated we were in a bit of a pickle so very kindly sorted our car the same day meaning we could get back on the road and enjoy our week away.

We are very grateful for their help and the little extra bonus of fitting a new key battery too. Thank you!

Superb. TRM was really good to us. We had an issue with a Passat wheel sensor (causing havoc on a dozen other related systems it would appear). We booked it in and TRM did it swiftly and efficiently. They had good comms, and sorted the matter easily it seems whereas many others had not. No probs since. They also replaced an unrelated switch for free (I provided the new switch); which they had previously priced as a few hours of labor (perhaps it turned out not to require the hours!)

Awesome team at TRM. Tim gave some great advice for my Transporter and subsequently fitted an anti-roll bar, which has transformed the ride of my van. Thanks to Lisa, Tim, and all team TRM
